W hy art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? Wait thou for God, for I shall yet praise him, who is the saving health of my countenance and my God.

我 的 心 哪 ， 你 為 何 憂 悶 ？ 為 何 在 我 裡 面 煩 躁 ？ 應 當 仰 望 神 ， 因 我 還 要 稱 讚 他 。 他 是 我 臉 上 的 光 榮 （ 原 文 是 幫 助 ） ， 是 我 的 神 。
