W hy are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my countenance, and my God.

我 的 心 哪 ， 你 為 何 憂 悶 ？ 為 何 在 我 裡 面 煩 躁 ？ 應 當 仰 望 神 ， 因 我 還 要 稱 讚 他 。 他 是 我 臉 上 的 光 榮 （ 原 文 是 幫 助 ） ， 是 我 的 神 。
