A nd I will stretch over Jerusalem the line of Samaria and the plummet of the house of Ahab; and I will wipe Jerusalem as a man wipes a dish, wiping it and turning it upside down.

Stenderò su Gerusalemme la stessa cordicella usata per Samaria e la livella usata per la casa di Acab; e ripulirò Gerusalemme come si ripulisce un piatto, che una volta lavato si capovolge.
