T hen Menahem smote Tiphsah and all that were therein and the borders thereof from Tirzah because they had not opened to him, therefore, he smote it; and all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.

Alors Menahem frappa Thiphsach et tous ceux qui y étaient, avec son territoire depuis Thirtsa; il la frappa parce qu'elle n'avait pas ouvert ses portes, et il fendit le ventre de toutes les femmes enceintes.
