B ut he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a juniper tree; and desiring to die, he said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life, for I am not better than my fathers.

А сам той отиде на еднодневен път в пустинята, и дойде та седна под една смрика; и поиска за себе си да умре, казвайки: Доволно е, сега, Господи, вземи душата ми, защото не съм по-добър от бащите си.
