N ow these are the generations of Ishmael, son of Abraham, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s handmaid, gave birth unto Abraham:

هَذِهِ أسْماءُ أبناءِ إسْماعِيلَ الَّذِي أنْجَبَهُ إبْراهِيمُ مِنَ الجارِيَةِ المِصْرِيَّةِ هاجَرَ.
