y el SEÑOR la entregó también a ella, y a su rey, en manos de Israel; y la hirió a filo de espada, con todo lo que en ella había vivo, sin quedar nada; mas a su rey hizo de la manera que había hecho al rey de Jericó.

The Lord gave it and its king into the hands of Israel also. Joshua destroyed it and every person in it with the sword. He left no one alive. So he did the same to its king as he had done to the king of Jericho.
