P regunta, pues, ahora de los tiempos pasados, que han sido antes de ti, desde el día que creó Dios al hombre sobre la tierra, y pregunta desde un extremo del cielo al otro, si se ha hecho cosa semejante a esta gran cosa, o se haya oído otra como ella.

`For, ask, I pray thee, at the former days which have been before thee, from the day that God prepared man on the earth, and from the end of the heavens even unto the end of the heavens, whether there hath been as this great thing -- or hath been heard like it?
