Romanos 13:2 ~ Romans 13:2

A sí que, el que se opone a la potestad, a la ordenación de Dios resiste; y los que resisten, ellos mismos ganan condenación para sí.

So that he that sets himself in opposition to the authority resists the ordinance of God; and they who resist shall bring sentence of guilt on themselves.
