Romans 13:2 ~ Romans 13:2

T herefore he that resisteth the power, withstandeth the ordinance of God: and they that withstand shall receive to themselves judgment.

So that he that sets himself in opposition to the authority resists the ordinance of God; and they who resist shall bring sentence of guilt on themselves.
