Levítico 7:19 ~ Leviticus 7:19

Y la carne que tocare alguna cosa inmunda, no se comerá; al fuego será quemada; mas toda persona limpia comerá de esta carne.

The flesh that comes in contact with anything that is not clean shall not be eaten; it shall be burned with fire. As for the meat, everyone who is clean may eat of it.
