Y guardaban la observancia de su Dios, y la observancia de la purificación, y los cantores y los porteros, conforme al estatuto de David y de Salomón su hijo.

They did the work of their God and the work of making everything clean from sin, together with the singers and the gate-keepers. They did as David and his son Solomon had told them.
