E ntonces compró José toda la tierra de Egipto para el Faraón; porque los egipcios vendieron cada uno sus tierras, porque se agravó el hambre sobre ellos; y la tierra vino a ser del Faraón.

And Joseph bought all the land of Egypt for Pharaoh; for the Egyptians sold every man his field, because the famine prevailed over them: so the land became Pharaoh’s.
