ف َقالَ داوُدُ: «اسمَعْ، غَداً هُوَ عِيدُ أوَّلِ الشَّهرِ ووَليمتُهُ. وَيُفتَرَضُ أنْ أتَناوَلَ الطَّعامَ مَعَ المَلكِ. لَكِنْ دَعنِي أختَبِئُ في الحَقلِ حَتَّى مَساءِ يَوْمِ بَعْدَ غَدٍ.
