ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 18:8 ~ 1 Samuel 18:8

و َأزعَجَتْ هَذهِ الكِلِماتُ شاوُلَ وَأغضَبَتْهُ كَثِيراً. وَقالَ في نَفسِهِ: «نَسَبَتِ النِّساءُ الفَضلَ لداوُدَ فِي قَتلِ عَشَراتِ الأُلُوفِ، وَلَمْ يَنسِبْنَ لِي إلّا قَتلَ أُلوفٍ. فَماذا بَعُدُ؟ لَمْ يَبْقَ سِوَى أنْ يأخُذَ العَرْشَ مِنِّي!»

And Saul was very wroth, and that saying was evil in his sight; and he said, They have ascribed to David ten thousands, but to me they have ascribed the thousands; and is there more for him but the kingdom?
