و َلَمْ يَرُدَّ يَشُوعُ رُمْحَهُ كَعلامَةٍ لِلهُجُومِ، حَتَّى تَمَّ إهلاكُ جَمِيعَ سُكّانِ عايَ تَماماً.

Joshua did not put down his hand he used to hold out the spear until he had destroyed all the people of Ai.
