ت َكَلَّمْ بِهَذا التَّعلِيمِ دائِماً مُشَجِّعاً وَمُوَبِّخاً بِسُلطانٍ كامِلٍ. لا يَستَهِنْ بِكَ أحَدٌ.

¶ These things speak and exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise thee.
