ت َكَلَّمْ بِهَذا التَّعلِيمِ دائِماً مُشَجِّعاً وَمُوَبِّخاً بِسُلطانٍ كامِلٍ. لا يَستَهِنْ بِكَ أحَدٌ.

Tell these things. Urge (advise, encourage, warn) and rebuke with full authority. Let no one despise or disregard or think little of you.
