ف َلا يَعتَمِدُ الأمرُ عَلَى رَغبَةِ الإنسانِ أوْ جُهُودِهِ، بَلْ عَلَى اللهِ الرَّحِيمِ.

So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.
