ف َلا يَعتَمِدُ الأمرُ عَلَى رَغبَةِ الإنسانِ أوْ جُهُودِهِ، بَلْ عَلَى اللهِ الرَّحِيمِ.

So then not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shews mercy.
