ﺭﻭﻣﻴﺔ 13:2 ~ Romans 13:2

إ ذاً مَنْ يُعادِي السُّلُطاتِ، فَإنَّهُ يُعادِي ما رَتَّبَهُ اللهُ. وَمَنْ يُعادِي ما رَتَّبَهُ اللهُ، فَإنَّهُ يأتي بِدَينُونَةٍ عَلَى نَفسِهِ.

Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment.
