所 以 ， 抗 拒 掌 权 的 就 是 抗 拒 神 的 命 ； 抗 拒 的 必 自 取 刑 罚 。

Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment.
