و َوَزِّعُوا غَنائِمَ الحَربِ بِالتَّساوِي: نِصْفاً للجُنُودِ الَّذِينَ شارَكُوا فِي الحَملَةِ العَسكَرِيَّةِ، وَنِصْفاً لِبَقِيَّةِ الشَّعبِ.

and divide the prey into two parts between those that took the part in the war, who went out to battle, and all the congregation.
