ف َقامَ قادَةُ مُوآبَ وَذَهَبُوا إلَى بالاقَ، وَقالُوا لَهُ: «رَفَضَ بَلعامُ أنْ يَأتِيَ مَعَنا.»

The princes of Moab rose up, and they went to Balak, and said, “Balaam refuses to come with us.”
