ف َقامَ قادَةُ مُوآبَ وَذَهَبُوا إلَى بالاقَ، وَقالُوا لَهُ: «رَفَضَ بَلعامُ أنْ يَأتِيَ مَعَنا.»

And the princes of Moab rose up, and they went unto Balak, and said, Balaam refuseth to come with us.
