و َيلٌ لِبَلَدٍ مَلِكُهُ وَلَدٌ، وَقادَتُهُ يَأْكُلُونَ وَيَشرَبُونَ إلَى الصَّباحِ.

¶ Woe to thee, O land, when thy king is a child, and thy princes banquet in the morning!
