ب ِلا رُؤْيا مِنَ اللهِ يَجْمَحُ الشَّعْبَ، وَهَنيئاً لِمَنْ يَحْفَظُ تَعلِيمَ الشَّرِيعَةِ.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
