ق ُلُوبُ المُلُوكِ فِي يَدِ اللهِ مِثلُ جَداوِلِ المِياهِ، يُدِيرُها حَيثُما يُرِيدُ.

The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, Like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.
