و َقالُوا لِمُوسَى: «تَكَلَّمْ أنْتَ إلَينا فَنَسمَعُكَ. لَكِنْ قُلْ للهِ أنْ لا يَتَكَلَّمَ إلَينا لِئَلّا نَمُوتَ.»

Then they said to Moses, “You speak with us, and we will hear; but let not God speak with us, lest we die.”
