ﺃﻳﻮﺏ 39:7 ~ Job 39:7

ي َضحَكُ عَلَى ضَجِيجِ المَدِينَةِ، وَلا يَسمَعُ أوامِرَ مُراقِبِ العَمَلِ.

He laughs at the multitude of the city, neither does he hearken to the voice of the exactor of tribute.
