ي َضحَكُ عَلَى ضَجِيجِ المَدِينَةِ، وَلا يَسمَعُ أوامِرَ مُراقِبِ العَمَلِ.

He scorneth the tumult of the city, Neither heareth he the shoutings of the driver.
