و َاسْتَشارَ المَلِكُ الحُكَماءَ العارِفِينَ فِي شُؤونِ القانُونِ – فَهَذا ما اعْتادَ المَلِكُ أنْ يَفْعَلَهُ مَعَ الخُبَراءِ فِي ما يَتَعَلَّقُ بِالأوامِرِ وَالقَراراتِ اليَومِيَّةِ.
