و َجاءَ آرامِيُّو دِمَشْقَ لِمُساعَدَةِ هَدَدَ عَزَرَ ملِكِ صُوبَة. لَكِنَّ داوُدَ هَزَمَ الأرامِيِّينَ وَقَتَلَ مِنُهُمُ اثْنَينِ وَعِشرينَ ألفاً.
