A nd Achish called David, and said to him, Jehovah liveth, thou art upright, and thy going out and thy coming in with me in the camp is acceptable to me; for I have not found evil in thee since the day of thy coming to me to this day; but thou art not acceptable to the lords.

Ахиш призвал Давида и сказал ему: − Верно, как и то, что Господь жив: ты честен, и мне было бы приятно позволить тебе служить со мной в войске. С того дня, когда ты пришел ко мне, и до сегодняшнего дня я не нашел в тебе ничего плохого, но вожди тебя не одобряют.
