A nd David went forth; whithersoever Saul sent him he prospered; and Saul set him over the men of war, and he was accepted in the sight of all the people, and also in the sight of Saul's servants.

И Давид излизаше навсякъде, гдето го пращаше Саул, и обхождаше се разумно; и Саул го постави над военните мъже; и това беше угодно пред очите на всичките люде, а още и пред очите на Сауловите служители.
