A nd David said to Saul, Let no man's heart fail because of him: thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.

فَقالَ داوُدُ لِشاوُلَ: «لا يَنبَغِي أنْ نَسمَحَ لِجُلياتَ بِأنْ يُثَبِّطَ هِمَمَ الشَّعبِ. فَأنا خادِمُكَ مُستَعِدٌّ لِلذَّهابِ وَمُنازَلَةِ هَذا الفِلِسْطِيِّ.»
