B e not carried away with various and strange doctrines; for good that the heart be confirmed with grace, not meats; those who have walked in which have not been profited by.

你 们 不 要 被 那 诸 般 怪 异 的 教 训 勾 引 了 去 ； 因 为 人 心 靠 恩 得 坚 固 才 是 好 的 ， 并 不 是 靠 饮 食 。 那 在 饮 食 上 专 心 的 从 来 没 有 得 着 益 处 。
