Romans 7:2 ~ Roemer 7:2

F or the married woman is bound by law to her husband so long as he is alive; but if the husband should die, she is clear from the law of the husband:

Denn ein Weib, das unter dem Manne ist, ist an ihn gebunden durch das Gesetz, solange der Mann lebt; so aber der Mann stirbt, so ist sie los vom Gesetz, das den Mann betrifft.
