A nd many rebuked him, that he might be silent; but he cried so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me.

فَوَبَّخَهُ كَثيرونَ وَأمَرُوهُ بِأنْ يَسكُتَ، لَكِنَّهُ رَفَعَ صَوتَهُ أكثَرَ: «يا ابْنَ داوُدَ، ارحَمنِي!»
