Jeremiah 44:15 ~ ﺃﺭﻣﻴﺎء 44:15

T hen all the men who knew that their wives burned incense to other gods, and all the women who stood by, a great assemblage, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in Pathros, answered Jeremiah, saying,

أمّا كُلُّ الرِّجالِ الَّذِينَ عَرَفُوا أنَّ نِساءَهُمْ كُنَّ يُحرِقْنَ بَخُوراً لآلِهَةٍ أُخْرَى، وَكُلُّ النِّساءِ اللَّواتِي كُنَّ واقِفاتٍ فِي الجَماعَةِ العَظِيمَةِ، وَكُلُّ الشَّعبِ الَّذِي كانَ يَسكُنُ فِي أرْضِ مِصرَ وَفِي الصَّعِيدِ، فَقَدْ قالُوا لإرْمِيا:
