Jeremiah 44:15 ~ ﺃﺭﻣﻴﺎء 44:15

T hen all the men which knew that their wives had burned incense unto other gods, and all the women that stood by, a great multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in Pathros, answered Jeremiah, saying,

أمّا كُلُّ الرِّجالِ الَّذِينَ عَرَفُوا أنَّ نِساءَهُمْ كُنَّ يُحرِقْنَ بَخُوراً لآلِهَةٍ أُخْرَى، وَكُلُّ النِّساءِ اللَّواتِي كُنَّ واقِفاتٍ فِي الجَماعَةِ العَظِيمَةِ، وَكُلُّ الشَّعبِ الَّذِي كانَ يَسكُنُ فِي أرْضِ مِصرَ وَفِي الصَّعِيدِ، فَقَدْ قالُوا لإرْمِيا:
