A nd I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the ban, and Israel to reproaches.

And so I will profane the chief ones of the sanctuary and will deliver Jacob to the curse (the ban, a solemn anathema or excommunication) and Israel to reproaches and reviling.
