H allow unto me every firstborn, whatever breaketh open the womb among the children of Israel, of man and of cattle: it is mine.

Sanctify (consecrate, set apart) to Me all the firstborn; whatever is first to open the womb among the Israelites, both of man and of beast, is Mine.
