A nd they have been hitherto in the king's gate eastward: they were the doorkeepers in the camps of the children of Levi.

وَكانُوا سابِقاً يَقِفُونَ عِنْدَ بَوّابَةِ المَلِكِ إلَى الشَّرْقِ. كانَ هَؤُلاءِ بَوّابِي مُخَيَّماتِ اللّاوِيِّينَ.
