1 Kings 5:3 ~ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻭ 5:3

T hou knowest that David my father could not build a house unto the name of Jehovah his God, because of the wars which were about him on every side, until Jehovah put them under the soles of his feet.

«أنتَ تَذكُرُ أنَّ أبِي، المَلِكَ داوُدَ، انشَغَلَ بِحُرُوبٍ كَثِيرَةٍ عَلَى كُلِّ الحُدُودِ المُحِيطَةِ بِمَملَكَتِهِ. فَلَمْ يَتَمَكَّنْ مِنْ بِناءِ هَيكَلٍ إكراماً لاسْمِ إلَهِهِ. فَكانَ يَنتَظِرُ إلَى أنْ يَضَعَ اللهُ أعداءَهُ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْهِ.
