A nd he said, That thou take the seven ewe-lambs of my hand, that they may be a witness to me that I have dug this well.

فَقالَ إبْراهِيمُ: «سَتَأْخُذُ هَذِهِ النِّعاجَ السَّبْعَ مِنِّي شَهادَةً عَلَى أنِّي حَفَرْتُ هَذَهِ البِئْرَ.»
