A nd he said, For these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well.

فَقالَ إبْراهِيمُ: «سَتَأْخُذُ هَذِهِ النِّعاجَ السَّبْعَ مِنِّي شَهادَةً عَلَى أنِّي حَفَرْتُ هَذَهِ البِئْرَ.»
