耶 和 华 定 意 拆 毁 锡 安 的 城 墙 ； 他 拉 了 准 绳 ， 不 将 手 收 回 ， 定 要 毁 灭 。 他 使 外 郭 和 城 墙 都 悲 哀 ， 一 同 衰 败 。

The Lord purposed to lay in ruins the wall of the Daughter of Zion. He marked it off by measuring line; He restrained not His hand from destroying. He made rampart and wall lament; they languished together.
