以 色 列 啊 ， 你 的 百 姓 虽 多 如 海 沙 ， 惟 有 剩 下 的 归 回 。 原 来 灭 绝 的 事 已 定 ， 必 有 公 义 施 行 ， 如 水 涨 溢 。

For though your population, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of it will return. The destruction is decreed (decided upon and brought to an issue); it overflows with justice and righteousness.
