他 們 隨 時 審 判 百 姓 ， 有 難 斷 的 案 件 就 呈 到 摩 西 那 裡 ， 但 各 樣 小 事 他 們 自 己 審 判 。

They judged the people at all times. They would bring the big troubles to Moses. But they would judge every small trouble themselves.
